The management team at PMM Real Estate Finance is led by Gareth Williams and Jasdeep Mudher. They have over twenty years of combined experience in European commercial real estate loan markets.

Gareth is a Partner of PMM Real Estate Finance. Gareth holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics. After graduating he joined Barclays Bank and subsequently Barclays Capital where he was a Director in the Debt Capital Markets division in London and Dubai specialising in real estate acquisition financing for financial sponsors. Prior to joining PMM, Gareth was Head of Loan Structuring and Execution at LNR Partners Europe and a Partner at Singer & Friedlander Asset Management.

Jasdeep started working at PMM in 2017 and is responsible for underwriting, deal execution and management of commercial real estate transactions. ​Prior to joining PMM, Jasdeep was a Vice President at Situs, leading commercial real estate loan advisory projects throughout Europe, before joining boutique investment firm, Rhino Investment Management as Director, where she focused on building debt lending opportunities in the European commercial real estate markets. Jasdeep is a qualified lawyer, graduating from Cardiff University with an LLB and post graduate diploma in Law.
