DEDICATED TEAM

The management team at PMM Real Estate Finance is led by Gareth Williams and Domhnall Gaffney. They have over thirty years of combined experience in European commercial real estate loan markets.

GARETH WILLIAMS
Gareth is a Partner of PMM Real Estate Finance. Gareth holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics. After graduating he joined Barclays Bank and subsequently Barclays Capital where he was a Director in the Debt Capital Markets division in London and Dubai specialising in real estate acquisition financing for financial sponsors. Prior to joining PMM, Gareth was Head of Loan Structuring and Execution at LNR Partners Europe and a Partner at Singer & Friedlander Asset Management.

DOMHNALL GAFFNEY
Domhnall is a Partner of PMM Real Estate Finance. Domhnall graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce, and holds a Master’s degree in Management Consultancy from the Michael Smurfit Business School. After graduating he began his career working in real estate finance for KBC and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank before joining Lloyds Banking Group (legacy HBoS) where he worked in the Capital Markets division specialising in syndication and securitisation of European CRE. Prior to joining PMM Advisers Real Estate Finance Domhnall was Head of Origination at LNR Partners Europe and Managing Director of Mercury Capital Partners.
