Our investment process leverages our experienced, multi-disciplined team and our strong industry relationships. We create detailed financial models generating multiple scenarios to understand the key value-drivers and risks associated with each potential investment opportunity.
After these are identified, we ensure that anticipated returns justify the risk and that the proper risk mitigation processes are in place to limit downside. Prior to committing capital, all portfolio opportunities are subject to a rigorous due diligence process characterised by a disciplined, systematic approach.
Investors are provided with regular, concise reports and updates on the performance of their investments and we ensure that PMM’s interests are aligned with those of our investors through co-investment and back-ended performance fees.
